I'd like to start the non-responsive maintainer process for Jaromir
Capik (jcapik). I've been trying to contact him through a bugzilla, but
haven't received a reply in over two weeks:

I also attempted to contact him directly using email on 2017-09-01 and
then on 2017-09-13, but I didn't receive a reply.
It appears he hasn't been active in Fedora in a while. According to
fedora-active-user [1], the last time he updated any of his packages was
2016-08-21.
Anyone knows how to contact him?
