I guess it happened during the migration and I agree it was a pain to repeat the steps for all 20+ packages I've commit rights for, but I am not responsible for its bugzilla nor I'm interested in the commits being made to the package nor the pull requests, still the after-migration flags didn't reflect what was setup years ago in the PkgDb. It would make sense to save people's time by correcting the mistake in a batch, rather than expecting each packager doing that one-by-one.
