This is on purpose: the new names that were generated are always lowercase,
as recommended by current guidelines.

Provides/Obsoletes for the old name should have been provided, but in some
cases (where just the case changed, and the old name had python-xxxx format)
they were skipped by mistake.

Björn Esser added the missing Provides and rebuilt the package in rawhide,
so this is already fixed.
