retired packages in rawhide/f27

libibcm, libibumad, libibverbs, librdmacm and ibacm had been replaced by
the new rdma-core package. Those five packages are sub-packages of the
new rdma-core package.

I had retired the f27 and rawhide branches of those five packages in
last week. But the buildsys@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx keep sending messages to
complain broken dependencies for those five packages.

How to fix this issue? thanks

On aarch64:
	ibacm-devel-1.2.1-2.fc26.aarch64 requires ibacm(aarch-64) = 0:1.2.1-2.fc26
On x86_64:
	ibacm-devel-1.2.1-2.fc26.x86_64 requires ibacm(x86-64) = 0:1.2.1-2.fc26
On i386:
	ibacm-devel-1.2.1-2.fc26.i686 requires ibacm(x86-32) = 0:1.2.1-2.fc26
On ppc64:
	ibacm-devel-1.2.1-2.fc26.ppc64 requires ibacm(ppc-64) = 0:1.2.1-2.fc26
On ppc64le:
	ibacm-devel-1.2.1-2.fc26.ppc64le requires ibacm(ppc-64) = 0:1.2.1-2.fc26
Please resolve this as soon as possible.
