Up to now just 'dnf > groupinstall base-x' then 'dnf groupinstall firefox', then 'startx > /usr/bin/firefox', was enough; but now in Rawhide it seems like X fails > to start if only the 'base-x' package group is installed, it fails > looking for libEGL.so.1: > > https://openqa.stg.fedoraproject.org/tests/137965#step/server_cockpit_default/19 > > This file seems to be in the libglvnd-egl package, which it seems > doesn't get installed along with base-x. > > So, should this package be added to base-x ? Actually, recently I updated rubygem-capybara and rubygem-cucumber-rails and I wanted to enable test suite for them, but some of the tests require Firefox. So it would be nice if BR: firefox installed everything needed for Firefox. I am afraid I cannot install base-x group for build neither I want to reflect the content of base-x in the .spec file.
