Usually the case is there was some kind of outage and autosign didn't process them correctly. However, in the case of webkitgtk4 the issue is that the debuginfo package is bigger than koji (and thus autosgn) can handle. (It's being worked on) I cleaned up libpari23-2.3.5-11.fc27 one and it should be done. The 3 php ones might need some more digging to see why they didn't process right. kevin
