I think is not a MTU problem, the MTU is same for all kernel I use

kernel 4.10.17 or previous
    ping (ICMP): work
    host (UDP) : work
    ssh (TCP) : work
    ftp (TCP) : work
    smb (TCP) : work

kernel 4.11.3-200 and 4.11.3-201
    ping (ICMP): work
    host (UDP) : work
    ssh (TCP) : NOT work
    ftp (TCP) : NOT work
    smb (TCP) : NOT work

I have fill a bugzilla:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1458222#c2

Thanks
