The Koschei devs have a feature that will let you manage the koschei
settings in the koschei web ui.

For upstream monitoring (hotness), we're going to extract the current
settings and add them ad a yaml file in dist-git repos for packages
that have this turned on.  We had issues for this in our backlog but
they failed to make it to the timeline in the wiki.  I've added them
just now.
