Hi Josh,
Dennis said it best: this is the work the Fedora rel-eng tooling group is planning to tackle in F27.
I guess this is a fairly good time to sound the "newbie" alarm. I've been working the Fedora rel-eng group jointly with Amanda for the past 2 months. It's been great so far and I look forward to engaging with everyone. I will certainly make sure I do a better job of clarifying this info next time. ;)
Best,
Kate

It is a list prioritising the work that releng is planning to tackle in
Fedora 27. Now is a really good time to starting getting Fedora 28
requests in so we can work to scope and prioritise the work, even if
all releng ends up doing is proving guidance while you or your team
does the work to ensure that it is something we are comfortable
delivering.
