I believe that everyone comes from MS Windows to Linux will need to YAST, currently it provides many modules that makes system management very easy:

* service management, what services are running, what are stopped, and user can change their status.
* systemd control
* hardware configuration and provide technical info about them
* many more modules for doing essential works

until Fedora does not provide YAST, it can not claim that is a good alternative for desktop users of MS Windows.
