I didn't test enabling options separately, but only "Enable automatic suspend for USB Device $name" looks like it has to do anything with these issues. I don't this option in tuned.

Do you know which powertop tunable was the one to cause issues? We
should make a note to avoid it (or the tuned or tlp equivalent)
