Work has been going on for months now to update quite a few of our numerical packages. It looks like we've finally ironed the last problems out, so Rawhide builds will start shortly. (If everything seems to function okay afterwards, we will consider building for F26, too.) These updates will include multiple soname bumps and license changes, as follows: arb: license changes from GPLv2+ to LGPLv2+ glpk: license changes from GPLv3 to GPLv3+ Singular: license changes from "BSD and LGPLv2+ and GPLv2+" to "GPLv2 or GPLv3" arb: soname bump from libarb.so.1 to libarb.so.2 eclib: soname bump from libec.so.2 to libec.so.3 libfplll: soname bump from libfplll.so.0 to libfplll.so.2 libgap: soname bump from libgap.so.0 to libgap.so.4 ntl: soname bump from libntl.so.31 to libntl.so.33 polymake: soname bump from libpolymake.so.3.0 to libpolymake.so.3.1 Singular is changing so significantly that sonames don't even matter. All consumers have to be rebuilt.
