So we would have

js-jquery1, which is providing jQuery 1.x
js-jquery, still providing jQuery 2.x

and

js-jquery3, providing jQuery 3.x?

That might quickly result in two packages providing jQuery 3.x and no
package providing jQuery 2.x. Not mentioning it is hardly systematic.
