You are not in the packager group, so won't have any access there.

Thank you, but i can with "fedpkg scratch-build --srpm filename.src.rpm" it upload to dksoftware@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and here is a build -> https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=17995140

on how to become a packager. :)
