javadoc task is not executed. if you want enable just add:

echo '
task javadoc(type: Javadoc) {
    classpath = configurations.compile
    source = sourceSets.main.allJava
}' >> build.gradle

or

echo '
task javadocs(type: Javadoc) {
    classpath = configurations.compile
    source = sourceSets.main.allJava
}' >> build.gradle

and run
%gradle_build -- build javadocs
