1.1.3 is in rawhide since last week, and we don't have full 1.1.4
support yet in upstream ooo-build, so we can't package that up for FC.
As soon as people think Rawhide's 1.1.3 is OK, I'll push it as an update
to FC3.  Split out language support is still targetted at FC4 timeframe.
