So this seems to be some kind of kernel issue which showed up with
kernel 4.10; when the openQA VMs are run with '-cpu host', this problem
happens. I poked into it a bit and filed
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1406609 . Running the tests
with '-cpu Nehalem' instead seems to work fine, so I've changed both
openQA instances over to that for now, and done a full re-run of the
20161219.n.0 tests on both instances (those are running now).
