Done.

New pacakges:
* gpgmepp
* gpgmepp-devel
* qgpgme
* qgpgme-devel

Python packages are named:
* python2-gpg
* python3-gpg
since they provide "gpg" egg and to not confuse people with pygpgme project.

It's building right now.
