There's no particular reason to expect that F12-F15 do anything but follow the very slow long tail decline we see in releases before and after that, and so for reports where I'm showing a pretty overall picture — or when trying to answer questions like "how many legacy systems vs. current or recent releases"? I usually use a projected value.
