OpenMPI binary only created on 64bit not on 32bit

Hi all,

I've been trying to build gretl with mpi support and I followed the guidelines in the wiki [1]. It apparently works, since I was able to build it on 64bit, which worked every time, but the 32bit build always fails to find the openmpi libraries, as can be seen from the build.log from the build in [2].
I would like to know if someone could check the spec file, if it's correct and tell me what's the issue with openmpi and why it can't be found on 32bit.
The spec file I've been using can be found on my github.[3]

Thanks,
johannes
