I hope to have not forgot to much packages.

For now, interbase and pdo_firebird extensions are FTBFS, since Firebird
3, so I have disabled the sub-package, under investigation.

php-pecl-event is also FTBFS, related to OpenSSL 1.1, also under
investigation with upstream)
