I pushed commit[0] which separates libpeas-gtk.so.* out of the main package. Reason is that in future libdnf will be dependent on libpeas[1] and we don't want to have minimal system with GTK+ stuff ;) If you will find any regressions / bugs (in libpeas-1.20.0-2.fc26), let me know.
