No, not at least for GA, F-25 is now in freeze as of yesterday and a
rebase to a major new version of a core component (which I suspect
also depends on llvm 3.9) just before GA is not a good way to get a
release out on time. That said the graphics team regularly rebases the
stack so I'm sure it'll come to F-25 at some stage when it's known
good in F-26.
