Fixed ` texlive-2016-9.20160520.fc2{5,6}` has finished building… Should
be available in the build-repos in short.
Waiting for this, to successfully re-build one package,too.

Why the <censored> not build base package with kind of platform which
will allow build each tex package separately?
With current approach every single change i texlive will be affecting
huge list of other packages reinstallations introducing nothing nw.
