I had the same problem with one of my packages. See: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1382447 spot said the problem should be fixed in the -8 build (http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=808434), which has completed. I see your failed build used the -7 packages, so perhaps you just need to try it again.
