cross-binutils-common subpackage causes dnf to complain:

Is this the right way to do things?

I think if you want silent deletion, you'll have to add “Obsoletes: binutils-sh64-linux-gnu” to the cross-binutils-common package.

I'm not sure if this is a good idea, though.
