Hi Sergio,

Encountered a similar problem when trying to build dudle in a Fedora 24 
docker image. To reduce image size, not all language options are 
included. The following seemed to help:
>LC_ALL=en_US.utf8 make
instead of just:
>make
Not sure if some similar workaround may be helpful in your case.
