Roughly once a week, I get an email from bugzilla: "The following is a list of bugs or attachments to bugs in which a user has been waiting more than 7 days for a response from you. Please take action on these requests as quickly as possible. (Note that some of these bugs might already be closed, but a user is still waiting for your response.)" If the bug has been CLOSED INSUFFICIENT_DATA, why send these messages at all? - Solomon (#1061512, closed nearly 1000 days ago!) -- Solomon Peachy pizza at shaftnet dot org Delray Beach, FL ^^ (email/xmpp) ^^ Quidquid latine dictum sit, altum viditur.
