I changed our CMakeLists.txt for using set(CMAKE_CXX_STANDARD 11) and it fixed it. New cmake in rawhide doesn't like passing that flag with CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS

You need to provide instructions to replicate the SRPM at least. I don't see any way to do this from the information your provided.
