Or implement the rename in a backward-compatible way, adding
Provides: libgexiv2-python2 = %{version}-%{release}
under the .spec snippet for the Obsoletes:
# For upgrade path from F24
Obsoletes:      libgexiv2-python2 < 0.10.4
...
