Common issues:

- package building an extension using swig which is not compatible with
PHP 7.

- package requiring removed ext.

If a package still rely on ereg or mysql, it is probably a dead project,
these are deprecated for years (both are easy fix)

Some packages still require php-mysql (the old package name) instead of
the used extension (php-mysqli or php-pdo_mysql), so owner have to clean
its package to comply with the Guildelines.

I have a "php-pecl-mysql" package which I can submit for review, but I
don't really think it is a good idea to provide this unsupported
extension, which will never be released as "stable"

I also have various packages waiting for review:

Get back old apc API:
    1350148: php-pecl-apcu-bc - APCu Backwards Compatibility Module

Get back old mongo API
    1347147: php-alcaeus-mongo-php-adapter - Mongo PHP Adapter
    1276834: php-mongodb - MongoDB driver library
    1269056: php-pecl-mongodb - MongoDB driver for PHP
