It's by design. In comps, groups can be marked 'user visible' true or
false. Ones that are not 'user visible' do not appear in anaconda's UI
or in a simple 'dnf grouplist'...

...well. Er. I think there used to be for yum. I'm not so sure there is
for dnf, I poked around a bit but can't find anything. You can see them
by looking in the comps repo, though:
