Is ostree  remotes in scope?

ostree has /etc/ostree/remotes.d today...the only thing I can think of here is that there are certainly use cases for having some common configuration between yum repos and ostree remotes - things like TLS client certificates.

But I think that's something we could address in rpm-ostree (e.g. have some settings for an ostree remote automatically derive from a yum repo, or vice versa).
