We'll get tons of bug reports saying support for encumbered codecs is missing and if we provide the "full" versions in RPMFusion overriding the packages shipped in Fedora, then we get synchronization issues where we get broken dependencies around each package update in Fedora, until RPMFusion catches up and mirrors sync up.
