It essentially expands out to:
%{__make} install DESTDIR=%{buildroot} INSTALL="install -p"
Previously, it was set to `make install INSTALL="install -p"
DESTDIR=%{buildroot}`, which is essentially the same thing. I just
chose to use the %make_install macro to be consistent with my usage of
%make_build (which is `%{__make} %{?_smp_mflags}`).
