I have been trying to resolve the FTBFS status of geos and related
issued in F24/Rawhide for two months now, without any success as the
maintainer, devrim, is not responding in any meaningful way. The
original bug report is:

Having failed to get any response there, and sent emails to the address
in FAS without any response, I started to follow the nonresponsive
maintainer process, opening another bug for that:

As you can see, at that point he did respond, nearly a month ago now, to
say that he would look at it next week, since when I have heard nothing
more.
I'm not sure where I go from here - the non-responsive maintainer
process tells me how to proceed while the person is not responding but
not what to do if they respond just enough to stop-the-clock without
actually doing anything meaningful...
