The following packages in current rawhide install files to
/etc/tmpfiles.d. They should most likely be fixed to install those
files to /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d instead.
$ dnf -q repoquery --disablerepo=* --enablerepo=rawhide --qf=%{NAME}
"/etc/tmpfiles.d/*" | sort -u
firebird
Fixed. Using the %{_tmpfilesdir} macro
