It looks like a failure using this line from build[1]:
RPM build errors:
File not found by glob: /builddir/build/BUILDROOT/julietaula-montserrat-fonts-20151221-3.el7.noarch/usr/share/fonts/julietaula-montserrat/{*.ttf,*.otf}
happened on Fedora 22, EPEL7 and lesser suggesting old version of RPM. The line of spec file [2] is actually:
%_font_pkg -f %{fontconf} {*.ttf,*.otf}
Is there an equivalent line for those releases?
