That worked, thanks.  I had to download the packages from Koji though
as they haven't reached Rawhide mirrors yet.  For reference the
packages which work are:

fedpkg-1.22-3.fc25.noarch
rpkg-1.43-1.fc25.noarch
pyrpkg-1.43-1.fc25.noarch
