"rpm -[iU]" only works with root.

postuninstall scriptlet (using /bin/sh):

fi
Seems a common practise :
$ rpm -q --scripts --dbpath /usr/lib/rpmdb/i386-redhat-linux/redhat/ -a | grep "condrestart" | wc -l
92
