Hi Eric, yes, /bin is a symlink to /usr/bin already. However this doesn't matter if it is just symlink or different folder. When provides of /bin/sed will be removed, dependency tree will be broken due to packages which require /bin/sed. If you ask about that. Change was done because /usr/bin should be used since many releases of Fedora ago.
