Yes, they've done the same thing to one of my packages as well. What's more they had already been in contact with me over the weekend and knew there was an issue that I was looking at but still went ahead and broke it anyway.
I take that back - turns out I had already pushed the breaking change at the weekend when they originally contacted me. I thought I had only done a scratch build but apparently not.
