I don't think there is one.
That functionality went missing during the bodhi 2 upgrade and I don't
think it has returned yet. I believe the direct mailing was removed on
the assumption notifications would do but that it can't yet for some reason.
I thought there was a bodhi ticket about it but I can't find it...
