I would try to replicate the koji build environment as close as
possible - be the host F-23, same kernel version (listed in root.log),
use the same repo for resolving build dependencies
(baseurl=http://koji.fedoraproject.org/repos/f24-build/551296/i386) and
the same arch (i686). It must behave the same then :-)
