Upstream DNF?

Where is the upstream DNF issue tracker? I see the project on GitHub:
https://github.com/rpm-software-management/dnf

However, there doesn't appear to be a corresponding issue tracker, or point of contact to request access to edit Wiki pages (which are locked down), etc. In fact, there appears to be only 3 public members of the upstream community.

Is this not the canonical location for upstream DNF? If not, does anybody know where it is? If it is, I'm a bit concerned about its insular nature.

Apologies if this has been brought up before... I don't recall anything recent; also, not interested in ranting/raving about DNF... I've deliberately avoided those kinds of threads in the past. I'm just trying to find (and subsequently engage with) the correct upstream community.

Thanks.
