For that kind of thing, add a runtime test for required CPU features at
startup. If you don't want to touch the original code, just add an
introducer that checks current hardware, then execs the app in /usr/libexec.
That may not be necessary if the app already fails in a friendly way on
old CPUs (as opposed to hanging or mysterious crashes).
