systemd package bloat

it's one thing that there is a common tarball containing everything, but 26 MB, 821 files including /usr/bin/machinectl and /usr/lib/systemd/systemd-machined useless on tiny virtual machines is too much and the beast is growing slightly

F21: 22 MB
F22: 24 MB
F23: 26 MB

there should be *really* subpackages instead a monoloithic one
