In conclusion (which is why I'm top posting) Two bzs have been open up in other packages: To take out the circular dependency in fedfs-utils https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1277666 and remove a bad nfs-utils dependency in autofs https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1277669 I feel this is a better way to handle these issues than the bootstrapping option (which will be reverted from nfs-utils). So please lets move any more conversation to one of those two bugs. Thank you! steved.
