I'm going to test the above and see if it magically fixes naive autotools builds, probably it will. F24 has gcc 5.2.1 in package git, so I'm assuming once it builds on arm we'll be planning a mass rebuild anyway. So if the above libtool fix works it'll probably be sufficient to focus on non-autotools packages.
