man-db-2.7.3-2.fc24 with file triggers in rawhide

Hello,

I've pushed man-db with file triggers and crontab dependency dropped to
rawhide. Removing cron job means that there will be no periodic cache
update for user-configured manpaths. There has already been discussion
about this: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/devel/2014-Octobe
r/thread.html#203357

I think the subpackage suggestion makes more sense now. Main package
with file triggers fully functional and without dependency on crontabs
or systemd, and subpackage providing only the periodic cache update
functionality for those who need it.

What do you think about it?

Regards,
Nikola
